The stage-by-stage guides
It takes about 50 days to switch to smoke free. Click on the numbered buttons to access
your stage-by-stage 'race-plans'. Each 'stage' covers the important focus areas for that week. To cover a
session in detail could take up to 40 minutes to complete, but can also be scanned quite quickly.
Navigating within each stage
Use the direction buttons to proceed through each stage. There are six sections, an introduction, three
'beacon topics', the wrap-up and a summary.
Browse the Contents
Use the 'rollover buttons' along the top of the table of contents to browse the stages of your plan or
to look up a specific topic. In addition to the themes for each topic, you can find out more about our
approach.
Find Answers
The Plans tab will take you to an 'Index' page that lists each of the stages and details the three major
themes of each stage, while the Answers tab helps you find answers to a particular topic.
Share Experiences
The Blog and Forum buttons allow you to share your experiences at our blogspot or in
the discussion forums. You can also find helpful tips from others who have successfully made the
switch to smoke-free.
