Stamina counts in this race. We help you internalise what you've already without overcooking your pace.

You are taking strides towards fulfilling your goal, and have passed some important milestones.
Although you've already come a long way, it's a process of chipping away at an extended challenge.
Some of the novelty has faded, and you now need stamina to take you through to the finish.
